Create mechanism for selected corporate sponsorships

Description

Suggest that a small area below the footer on the site be dedicated to a few selected corporate sponsorships. Example screenshot attached. Would also recommend not just blithely linking each logo, but rather link them en masse to a single page in the site that describes the corporate relationships in depth.
